Our Returns and Refunds Policy

On-line credit card purchases can be cancelled within 7 days of your order being delivered. If you wish to cancel an order you must return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving them, after first emailing us (sales@adsl-filters.co.uk) to get a returns number. The returns number we send you must be clearly shown with the returned items. Goods must be returned in mint condition, in the original unopened package. A full refund of the purchase price will be credited to your payment card within 3 days of the returned goods being received by us.

If you receive a faulty product from us, or a product develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period, then please return the product to us for replacement (or repair if appropriate). As above, please email sales@adsl-filters.co.uk to receive a returns number that must accompany the product when you send it to us.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you supply to ADSL-Filters.co.uk (such as your name, address and email address) will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order with us, or answering any questions that you ask us.
