We are confident that the microfilters you buy from us will be the answer to your broadband problems - such as caller ID not working, disconnections of your service when the telephone rings, strange noises on the telephone, quiet DECT handsets etc.

Full refund if not satisfied

If you find that microfilters that you purchase from us do not solve your broadband issues, then simply return them to us for a full refund. This offer is valid for a month from the date of your purchase. Our guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you wish to return any filters under this guarantee, please email us (sales@adsl-filters.co.uk) first to request a returns number. The returns number we send you must be clearly shown with the returned items. Microfilters must be returned in mint condition. A full refund of the purchase price will be credited to your credit/debit card within 3 working days of the returned goods being received by us.

If you receive a faulty product from us, or a product develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period, then please return the product to us for testing & replacement (or repair if appropriate). As above, please email sales@adsl-filters.co.uk to receive a returns number that must accompany the product when you send it to us.
